SHIPPING, RETURN & REFUND
Shipping & Delivery
We ship to most countries worldwide, for all domestic and international packages. While we strive to deliver goods in the time frame we specify, we cannot guarantee or accept liability for deliveries made outside of this time frame. As we rely on third party shipping companies to facilitate our customer deliveries for us, we cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.
All orders will take approximately 1- 3 business days to process. Delivery depends on your location, and will vary accordingly. Delivery with e-packet will take between 10 - 30 business days (except Brazil, Russia, Mexico which takes 15-35 working days) Kindly note that the delivery time will vary during holidays or limited edition launches.
We are not liable for deliveries that are affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fee’s, customs or back end charges incurred.
IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete or incorrect destination information. Please enter the correct shipping details when checking out. If you realize you have made an error in your shipping details, kindly e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.
Duties and Fees
Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, due to the complexity of international laws we do not include those fees in orders. You are responsible for any local customs and duties on your order. We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value.
If an order is refused, then you are responsible for the shipping expenses, as well as any additional duties, fees, customs or taxes incurred in shipping.
In the events where the product received comes with manufacturing defects, buyers are entitled to request for a product replacement within 2 days of receiving the item. To request for a replacement, buyers are required to provide photographic evidence of the product’s manufacturing defects to email@example.com. If the case is deemed valid, Pandora`s Galaxy will cover related cost to deliver a replacement.
After 3 days of receiving the item, buyers can no longer request for item replacement for any reason.
We do not offer replacement nor return on any free products, for any reason.
Changes on Orders
Buyers are allowed to make changes to orders placed, within 2 hours of making their purchases and before the orders are fulfilled. Additional charges will be incurred by the buyers for any changes made to the orders after 2 hours of making their purchases.
Buyers are not allowed to cancel their purchases after the orders are placed.
Buyers are allowed to make a refund inquiry. Prior the order arriving you can request for a refund. We shall proceed the refund within 2 weeks. It can take 30 days to receive your money back depending on the card supplier bank.
We only accept refund inquiry within 7 days of placing order with 70% of the total invoice. This is due to the operation cost.
Please note that customers are responsible for all shipping costs when returning, and that customers also are liable for returned item(s) until it has reached our warehouse.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
